Mind Body & Bowl Health Coaching is a bespoke dietietic practice that offers individualised, non-judgemental and weight-neutral care to people living with an eating disorder or other chronic health condition, as well as advice, education, nutrition planning and online coaching to endurance athletes from recreational to elite.
We work with highly-motivated people to set goals, develop strategies and make sustainable changes that lead to the achievement of each individual’s vision for their healthiest, happiest and highest-performance self.
Throughout this process we maintain a focus on the integration of body and mind. The way we eat and move our bodies impacts the way we feel; the way we feel influences our motivation to move and the type of foods we choose to fuel ourselves with. Addressing our mindset, nutrition and movement together leads to holistic wellbeing underpinned by excellent physical and mental health.
